Return Policy

Customers are welcome to contact us with any questions or concerns. Orders may be canceled within 7 days of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. After this window, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, but we will fulfill your order promptly. Because all of our arrangements are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if an item arrives damaged, we’re happy to work with you on an exchange or replacement.
